How Much Does a Custom Europe Travel Advisor Cost?

Euro Travel Coach specializes in creating custom travel itineraries for independent travelers visiting Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and other European destinations. We believe in transparent pricing, so unlike many travel advisors, we publish our planning fees online. Whether you're planning a two-week vacation in Italy, a month exploring France, or a multi-country European adventure, you'll know exactly what our services cost before you contact us.

How much does a custom Italy, France, United Kingdom, Ireland or other Europe travel advisor cost?

Euro Travel Coach charges a transparent, flat per-day planning fee instead of commissions or trip markups. Custom itineraries are $250/day (Ruby tier), $350/day (Sapphire tier) and $400+/day (Diamond tier, our full-service VIP option), for trips of 10 days or more. If you simply want expert advice on a few pieces of your trip, hourly Travel Coaching is $250/hour. There are no hidden booking fees — the price you see is the price you pay, and every recommendation we make is based on what's best for you, not what earns us a commission.

Sapphire - Full Service Travel Itineraries - we book accommodations, restaurants, activities & transport

Diamond - Full Service VIP - Sapphire for 5+ travelers or Sapphire plus VIP experiences

Guided Tours - Our team plans, books, and leads the trip in person

**VIP Services may include things like chartered yacht trips, multiple high-end experiences (e.g., helicopter rides), private chef or butler services for your holiday rental, trips departing within three months of booking our services, private classes (e.g., cooking, yoga, foraging, fishing), charging multiple credit cards, using points for payment, having different people in your group arriving and departing at different times and not all on one itinerary, etc.

We accept trips that last 10 days or more. The longest trip we have planned so far was 49 days! If your trip is less than 10 days, we can still create an amazing itinerary for you, and the minimum payment for Ruby, Sapphire and Diamond Itineraries is for 10 days.

We also offer Travel Coaching at an hourly rate of $250 per hour. You may choose if you would like this coaching to be via email, FaceTime, or Skype.

How much does a custom itinerary to Italy, France, the UK, Ireland and elsewhere in Europe cost with Euro Travel Coach? Custom itineraries are priced the same for all European destinations: $250–$400+ per trip day depending on service tier, for trips of 10 days or longer. A typical 10-day custom trip through our Ruby tier starts around $2,500 in planning fees; Diamond-tier full-service planning starts around $4,000.

What's included in the planning fee? Every tier includes personalized destination guidance, unlimited planning support, booking accommodations, and a written day-by-day itinerary delivered as in the Axus travel app or as a PDF. Sapphire and Diamond tiers add full booking of restaurants, activities, and transportation, plus on-trip emergency support.

Is there a minimum trip length? Yes — we plan trips of 10 days or more. Shorter trips are billed at the 10-day minimum.

How is this different from a traditional travel agent? Traditional travel agents typically earn commissions built into package prices. Euro Travel Coach charges a flat planning fee instead, so there's no markup on hotels, tours, or activities — you get our unbiased recommendations and often pay less overall than a comparable packaged trip. Do you offer lighter-touch help if I don't need a full itinerary built? Yes — Travel Coaching is available at $250/hour via email, video call, or messaging, for travelers who want expert input on specific pieces of their trip rather than full planning.
