HOW WE WORK

The Euro Travel Coach team can create a personalized, custom itinerary for your trip to Europe that is well-organized, easy to read, and comprehensive, including all the information you need at your fingertips. You can print out your itinerary, download it to your phone, or both. 

We want you to truly experience the countries you visit in Europe, and be able to really pay attention to your surroundings, not just read about them. We strive to put you in the right place at the right time, with the information you need, so that you can return from your holiday with great stories and amazing memories. Your accommodations and activities are researched and double-checked when we create the itinerary, and you are given a final version that is simple to use. Take a look at this sample custom itinerary.

We accept trips that last 10 days or more. The longest trip we have planned so far was 49 days!

Sapphire Custom Itinerary

When you purchase the Sapphire Custom Itinerary Package, we will plan your day to day itinerary in Europe with all your personal preferences in mind. The itinerary will be unique to you and your travel companions — whether you are traveling as a couple, as friends, or as a family.

What We’ll Do For You:

• Book your accommodations, your carefully selected activities, and your restaurant reservations

• Provide detailed information on transportation and logistics during your trip

• Give you personalized recommendations such as lists of foods you should try (and where to find them), hiking suggestions, insider tips, and more

Here’s How It Works:

• Fill out our questionnaire so we can learn more about you and your travel style.

• We'll contact you via email to discuss where you are in the planning process and your goals for the trip.

  • Some things we want to know about you: Your interests and the interests of your traveling companions, your desires for the trip, and your ages and energy levels. Have you traveled to Europe before? If so, which countries did you visit? What would make your trip perfect, and what do you envision as your ideal day while on vacation?

• Euro Travel Coach will put together a recommended overall itinerary for up to 4 people traveling together that will incorporate the things you wish for, plus some extras we think you’ll love. You might say, “Yes, let’s go for it!” or you might want to discuss a few things, tweak some items, or compare different options. At the end of this phase, you’ll know what the highlights of your European trip are, you’ll know how long you’ll stay in each place, and you’ll know how to travel from point A to point B within Europe.

• Once the itinerary is agreed on, Euro Travel Coach will book your accommodations, make any necessary restaurant reservations, book ground transportation, and reserve your selected activities in consultation with you at every step.

• You’ll be given a customized, day-by-day itinerary that's unique to you with all the details you'll need. It's essentially a personalized guide book with only the information that's relevant to you. We’ll put your itinerary into our Axus travel app so you can download the details to your phone and/or print it out before your trip.

• We are available to answer your questions during the entire process.

• We will call you before you travel to review your trip plans and to make sure you have all the information you need.

• All you have to do is sit back, and enjoy your fabulous travels!

PRIce:

$350 per travel day (minimum payment is for 10 days)

Deposit = $175 per travel day + Final Payment = $175 per travel day

Diamond Custom Itinerary

Our Diamond Custom Itinerary Package is for travelers who are looking for even more than what we offer in the Sapphire Package. Due to the amount of work involved with Diamond Travel Planning, we accept only a limited number of Diamond trips, so please book early if you are interested in this service.

The Diamond Itinerary is for you If You:

• Would like all your activities planned and booked by Euro Travel Coach

• Have 5+ people in your group

• Would appreciate on-trip support for emergencies (with a minimum of 24 hours notice)

• Have a trip that departs within four months of booking our services

• Like VIP tours and treatment

• Are a larger, multi-generational group

• Have different people in your group who are arriving and departing at different times and are not all on one itinerary

• Would like to charge your trip on more than one person’s credit card

• Are traveling with a group that wants to do different things on different days. E.g., you need to split the kids’ and adults’ activities after lunch; or you have a large group with some people who want to go on an adventure, and some people who want to go shopping, etc.

• Haven’t traveled a lot, and being an independent traveler in Europe makes you a bit nervous. You need some extra resources and guidance to be comfortable, and more time before departure to go over all your questions. (We get it!)

• Need any additional services not offered in the Sapphire Custom Itinerary Package

Here’s How It Works:

• Fill out our questionnaire so we can learn more about you and your travel style.

• We'll contact you via email to schedule a phone consultation to discuss where you are in the planning process, your goals for the trip, and much more.

• We’ll follow the process of the Sapphire Package, but with even more attention to detail as it pertains to your specific needs, or your group’s specific needs.

PRIce:

Starting at $400+ per travel day for 5-6 travelers. If there are more in your travel party, please ask for a quote* (minimum payment is for 10 days)

Deposit = $200+ per travel day + Final Payment = $200+ per travel day

*If you are interested in the Diamond Itinerary Package, we will take some more time to understand your specific needs. Once we determine the fee for your customized package, you will pay your deposit, and the remainder will be due one month before travel commences.
